From its origins in 1731, to winning top awards at five World Fairs, to joining forces with manufacturers like Staub, Ballarini, Miyabi, and many more, Zwilling has taken the world by storm. While holding tight to their rich heritage, Zwilling and its partners are always chasing the new and innovative when it comes to kitchens, kitchen wares, and cooking technologies.Master Bladesmith, Bob Kramer has partnered with Zwilling to create the Meiji Knife collection featuring six different knives each with a FC61 carbide stainless steel core. The core of the knife is then encased in 100 layers of nickel and stainless steel, decorated with a ladder Damascus pattern, and finished with a Pakkawood handle which mimics the curvature of the palm.
