Founded in 1885 in London’s West India Docks, Davey & Co’s marine lighting and hardware graced many of history’s best-known vessels. As Britain’s maritime heyday faded, Davey & Co used the skills honed manufacturing deck lights, saloon and navigation lanterns to launch Davey Lighting. Davey’s hand-made fixtures were snapped up by the world of architecture and design, taking pride of place in locations such as the Savoy Hotel.
The Walter Table Light has a unique 1960s feel, with a striking combination of satin copper or brass and either opal or anthracite glass shades. Our squirrel cage light bulbs complement the style beautifully, as do the black cotton braided cable. The lights are available in 2 sizes and they have an integral dimmer on the base.
