The organic shape of the Panthella 400 Table Lamp is as popular today as when it was designed in 1971. Designer Verner Panton wanted to create a light where the foot and the shade would both reflect the light. While the hemispherical shade reflects light downward, the majority of the light emitted by the Panthella Table lamp is diffused around the room from the surface of the shade, creating a soft and comfortable ambiance.
The lamp is constructed of white and white opal acrylic.
