Lady’s Mantle orAlchemilla Mollisis a flowering perennial that produces greenish-yellow star-shaped flowers in June. The light green, scalloped-edged foliage of the lady’s mantle form a loose mound about 1 foot tall and2 feet wide. After it rains, the plant’s leaves retain moisture beads incredibly well for a picture-perfect moment. Lady’s Mantle plants prefer full sun to part shade, but when planted in the hot climates of the south, we recommend giving it some relief from the direct afternoon sun. It also flourishes in partially moist but well-draining soil. The flowers of theLady’s Mantle are gorgeous when cut for fresh or dried arrangements as they hold their color well.
